Arizona Environmental Recycling and/or its subsidiaries, members, and affiliates (collectively "AER") authorize you to view and download the materials at this site and at other sites linked to or affiliated with this site ("Site"), subject to these terms and conditions. You may use all information, materials, products, and services (collectively "Content") found on the Site for personal or internal business purposes but may not otherwise sell, lease, resell, copy, modify, distribute, republish, publicly display, transmit or use such for any other purpose without the prior written consent of AER. Except as described otherwise, all Content in this Site is made available only for informational purposes. Use of this Site is prohibited where such use is in violation of local laws, the laws of the State of Arizona, or the laws of the United States of America.

AER may deny you access to or use of this Site without prior notice if you engage in conduct or activities that AER in its sole discretion believes violates any of these Terms of Use, violates the rights of AER, or is otherwise inappropriate for continued access and use of this site.

The Site contains various proprietary logos, service marks, trademarks, slogans and product designations (collectively "Marks"). PRIVACY.
While AER has no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our web site, AER recognizes the need to protect the privacy of users of this Site, especially the privacy of children. WAIVER.
